I have been working in the Music business for the last 36 years & have tried every aspect of it from Musician, Retail sales, Distribution, Management, Merchandising, Tour Management, Telephone sales, Company Rep, Agent, Promoter, DJ, Roadie, Stage Hand & even Security.

I like the idea of being able to put people in touch with the music & the format that they require, if we don’t stock it or are unable to supply an item we certainly do not mind letting you know where to get it, if we know that is.

I've not been beaten by a question too many times, anyway we love a challenge.

Everything is posted within 2 days of purchase but please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery, as some items could be out of stock or press, all correspondence will be answered & kept informed of the progress of their order.

Faults

Any true fault will have to be sent back to us for checking before refunding.

Label of the Month

• As it says we shall promote a different label each Month
• Label of the Month will be price reduced for the Month
• The Label of the Month will only run from the first of the Month through to the last day of the Month with no exception.

Best Sellers

This will be updated from Week to Week showing the best sellers from all genres

Tape Cassettes

• As these items become rarer we will do all we can to access them.
• Most Tape Cassettes will be new (even still shrink wrapped on occasion)
• We may be interested in buying 2nd hand Tape Cassettes as they become fewer & fewer

Loyalty

• Loyalty will be rewarded with a discount scheme, after your Fifth purchase you shall receive 5% discount & after 10 purchases you shall receive 10% discount.
• Once a month your name will be put into a random draw (as long as you have purchased within the previous month) if you are the winner you will receive a free single DVD or single CD (not a CD single) This will almost certainly be linked to your purchase history but could be discussed & adopted to suit you within reason. Multiples & box sets not included.
